To Retrieve Your User ID and Password:

Please provide either your firm's designated email address or your firm's User ID.

Your firm's email address is associated with the attorney designated as your firm’s Insurance Contact.

Your firm's User ID can be found on the cover letter that arrived with your Declarations Page & Policy Packet.
